Budget & Finance

Budget and Finance unit ensures the accountability for public resources managed by the Department. The staff prepares and monitors:

The annual budget
Processes accounts payables
Prepares financial reports for state and federal grants
Accounts for the financial transactions of all public guardian clients
Performs fiscal compliance reviews of community providers,
Processes the bi-weekly payroll
