Budget & Finance

Budget and Finance unit ensures the accountability for public resources managed by the Department. The staff prepares and monitors:
  • The annual budget
  • Processes accounts payables
  • Prepares financial reports for state and federal grants
  • Accounts for the financial transactions of all public guardian clients
  • Performs fiscal compliance reviews of community providers,
  • Processes the bi-weekly payroll
