Human ResourcesDCHS Human Resources coordinates a variety of services in order to recruit and retain qualified, service-oriented employees to carry out the mission and values of the department. Human Resources Analysts provide consultation to managers regarding interpretation of and compliance with bargaining agreements, personnel rules and State, Federal, City and County regulations affecting the employment relationship. Human Resources staff coordinate department-wide processes including leave approval and tracking, performance management, personnel records, diversity outreach, and reclassification request preparation and tracking. The DCHS Human Resources Manager provides consultation to managers regarding best practices in managing performance and collaborates with Central Human Resources management to ensure best practices in human resources administration. | ||
