Mental health crisis services – We are here 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help you. Call 503-988-4888.

Addiction treatment – We have an open access policy for addiction services. Screening can be done directly at the provider level or by calling the Multnomah County 24-hour Mental Health Call Center at 503-988-4888 to find an appropriate agency.

Mental health treatment – If you have Verity as your mental health insurance you can go to any of the provider agencies listed in your member handbook. If you aren’t sure which one is best for you, give Verity Member Services a call at 503-988-5887 to help you decide.

If you do not have insurance but need treatment, call the 24/7 Mental Health Call Center at 503-988-4888 to find out what agencies have sliding scales or low fees.

Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) – This early intervention program is for people between the ages of 15 and 25 experiencing the first symptoms of psychosis. Call 503-988-3272 to find out if this program is right for you or someone you know.
